What’s the difference between “daily price” and “real time”?
On the free plan your Amazon products are updated once a day: great to follow a trend, not enough to catch a flash sale or a restock. From Pro onwards they are checked continuously and you are alerted within the hour (every 30 minutes with Sniper).
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can switch plans or cancel whenever you want, with no commitment.
Why are some retailers only available on paid plans?
Major marketplaces (Amazon, Cdiscount…) require more advanced processing to be tracked reliably. Pro and Premium plans unlock them.
What are “real-time checks”?
Regular shops are tracked without any limit, for free. Very large sites like Amazon are also free most of the time. When a site blocks us, we switch to advanced data retrieval (costlier): those accesses use one “real-time check” from your monthly budget. So your budget only goes down when needed, and it’s spent first on the products you watch closely. Budget reached: your standard sites keep going normally and advanced sites resume next cycle. You always keep access to all your tracked products.
How do you track protected sites (Fnac, Darty…)?
These sites heavily block automated analysis and require advanced data retrieval (residential proxies), which is significantly costlier. Their tracking is reserved for paid plans: each product is refreshed once a day and each update uses 3 real-time checks instead of one. Every other site (Amazon, Cdiscount and most online stores) is tracked normally.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You keep access to your currently tracked products. To add more, simply upgrade to the next plan.
