Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the DeaLynx service, which enables users to track the price and availability of products on merchant websites, receive alerts, and consult price history. Any use of the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. User account

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. The service is reserved for adults.

3. Plans and pricing

DeaLynx offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Premium, Sniper), whose details and prices are available on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros. Paid plans are taken out as automatically-renewing subscriptions, at the chosen billing frequency.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. No payment data is stored by DeaLynx. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no prorated refund is owed for the commenced period, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. However, by subscribing to a paid plan that grants immediate access to the digital service, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

7. Service availability

DeaLynx uses reasonable efforts to ensure service availability, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or in cases of force majeure. The price data collection frequency depends on the subscribed plan and may vary depending on merchant websites and their protections.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to use it for illegal purposes. Any abuse may result in the suspension of your account.

9. Merchant website data

DeaLynx aggregates publicly available price information and is not affiliated with any merchant website. Information is provided for indicative purposes only; only the price displayed on the merchant website at the time of purchase is binding. DeaLynx shall not be held liable for any price discrepancy or purchase decision.

10. Liability

The publisher’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. The publisher shall not be held liable for indirect damages (missed purchase opportunity, loss of profit). Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

The publisher may modify these terms. Users will be informed of material changes, which will apply from the date of their publication.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
